Alongside the well-known Terra-Gator Tracked Dumper, Ag-Chem are now to offer the new Terra-Gator 2104 Wheeled Dumper.

Ag-Chem Europe has recently delivered a new Terra-Gator 2104 Wheeled Dumper into Germany.

The articulated four-wheeler is built for a range of applications. The Dump box is the latest available option for this multi-functional machine. The Dump box has 10m3 capacity, which offers a payload of up to 15t. The tipping angle is 65º and the Dump box features a hydraulic tailgate. The join between the sides and the base are rounded, to allow material to be dumped quickly without residue clinging to box. The Dump box's tipping time is only 10 seconds at 1500 RPM and 15 seconds at idle run. Lowering the box takes just 25 sec.
Hydraulic controls are combined onto the transmission Joystick.

The Terra-Gator 2104 is equipped with a powerful 325hp, 8.1 litre Powertech engine and full 11F/3R power shift transmission. The maximum speed is 45 km/h. The modern cab provides great all-round visibility and offers superb operator comfort and convenience.

The Terra-Gator comes as standard with Michelin 1050/50R25 radial tyres, to reduce ground pressure and cause minimal soil damage. The machine can also be delivered with other types of tyres. Various systems can be mounted onto the chassis as well as the Dump box a water tank, a manure tank, a chalk sprayer, a crane and various other systems, used in earth moving, road-building, forestry and agriculture can be mounted on the machine.

The Terra-Gator 2104 Wheeled Dumper, delivered in Germany, will be used to transport soil from a sugar refinery to local fields. The soil will be transferred from Lorries into the Terra-Gator, which tips the soil on the field, without damaging the soil structure or leaving tracks.
