Although the MT500B was designed for performance and reliability, Challenger® engineers didn’t forget about  ease of maintenance.

The numerous features that contribute to easy service include:

• The radiator, oil dipstick and fill and the hydraulic oil cooler and radiator are all easily accessible beneath the redesigned single-piece tilting hood.
• The cab air filter is incredibly easy to access within seconds above the left side cab door.
• Batteries are easy to reach for inspection and service, yet protected from mud and debris.
• The fuel fill is located on the left side of the tractor and is easily accessible from ground level.
• The new Donaldson “cassette-type” air filter is conveniently located directly behind the front grille and is easily accessible when the hood is tilted up.
