Loader cycle times are based on hydraulic flow rates at rated engine speed. Skid steer-type attachments available for ML30B and ML40B only.
Designed specifically for the MT200B Series compact tractors, Challenger ML “B” Series front-end loaders offer the perfect blend of strength, innovation and easy operation. Available in four models, ML “B” Series loaders boast improvements in lift capacity, speed of operation, rollback and dump angle compared to both previous and competitive units.
Whether the job involves digging, lifting, hauling or a combination of worksite tasks, Challenger loaders effortlessly handle the job. Their durability comes, in part, from the one piece loader beam arms and reinforced brace beams that resist twisting and load stress.
Even before they went into production, Challenger ML loaders were subjected to extensive design testing using state-of-the art computer modeling that provides finite analysis of high stress areas. The final designs were then mounted on Challenger tractors and tested through a minimum of 25,000 cycles to reveal any possible stress cracks, excessive wear or hydraulic failures.
The result is a unit that becomes an integral compliment to the capacity and maneuverability of Challenger tractors. Special features even include a standard-equipment grille guard for extra protection of the hood and front of the tractor, and amplifying links that improve the dump and rollback angle of the bucket.
Quick-Change Artist
A new pedestal-style mounting system on all ML “B” Series loaders allows quick and effortless installation and removal, while providing easy access to the engine compartment. To remove the loader, simply lower the parking stands; pull two pins; use the tractor hydraulics to raise the loader frame out of the cradle; disconnect the hydraulic couplers, and back away.
Changing loader attachments is just as simple with optional pin-type Quick-Attach system (all models) or skid steer type Quick-Attachment systems (optional on the ML30B and ML40B models). Quickly switch between Challenger ML implements or share tools with your skid steer loader. Attachments include standard and heavy-duty buckets, pallet forks and a bale spear.
Simple Joystick Control
Take your choice on most models between a factory-installed joystick on the right console (available on the MT265B, MT275B, MT285B and MT295B) or a joystick mounted on the loader pedestal. Either way you get ergonomic, one-hand control of boom raise and lower functions, bucket rollback and dumping. Both systems also allow for short hose coupling for a clean appearance and easy mounting.
