Model CH Corn Heads
Equipped with extra-long polyethylene dividers that feature a 21.5-degree, low-profile entry angle, Challenger® CH corn heads offer easier gathering while reducing crop loss. Fluted snapping rolls, with six reversible edges each, aggressively guide the stalk through the gathering units, while shredding material for a clean, uniform appearance. A 16-inch diameter adjustable auger ensures equally smooth delivery to the feederhouse.

Available in 6-row (30- and 36-inch), 8-row (30-, 36- and 38-inch) and 12-row (20-, 22- and 30-inch) configurations, CH corn heads have both the size and capacity to harvest big fields quickly and effortlessly.



Model FH Flex Headers
Whether you select the 20-, 25- or 30-foot size, Challenger’s Model FH flexible headers hug the ground for a quick, clean harvest.  Curved reel arms, along with up/down and fore/aft reel adjustment, ensure that the reel is always in the most productive location for crop conditions.

Hydraulic reel drive, which includes an automatic speed control, is also standard—letting you concentrate on the crop and combine settings. In the meantime, a large, 30-inch diameter conveyor auger with 7-inch flighting conveys crop material to the feeding system smoothly and uniformly. The result is high-capacity harvesting, even when crop conditions and field contours would suggest otherwise.



Model RH Rigid Headers
Available in 25- and 30-foot cutting widths, Challenger® RH Series rigid headers are designed to provide a smooth, even flow of crop material to the feederhouse. It starts with a counter-weighted wobble box sickle drive that operates at 565 revolutions per minute for fast cutting in a variety of conditions. A small-diameter reel, equipped with wide bats, and a 30” diameter conveyor auger equally contribute to the improved harvest rate and reduced crop loss. Curved reel arms, with fore/aft reel adjustment and fine reel height adjustment, are naturally standard on both models.



Model PH Pickup Header
Challenger® Model PH pickup headers offer a cost-effective way to gather windrowed crops on their own merits. But we also offer a choice of Swathmaster or rake-type pickup attachments to further improve productivity in differing applications. With either option, a 24” diameter floating conveyor auger and 13-foot conveyor provide direct, even flow of crop material to the feederhouse. PH pickup headers are even offered in three sizes—12 foot (3.66 m), 14 foot (4.27 m) and 16 foot (4.88 m)—to match your cropping program.



Model DH Draper Header
Whether you prefer a draper header for its big-acreage appetite or for the way it feeds the crop headfirst into the feederhouse, you’ve got several choices in the Challenger® Model DH Series. Choose from 25-, 30- and 36-foot widths and then select a bat, universal U2 pickup or HCC polytine pickup reel to match your specific crop and conditions. All models feature a hydraulic-driven Schumacher (SCH) epicyclic gear drive that operates at 1,200 strokes per minute for fast, clean cutting. Coil springs on the header mounting kit provide both lateral and vertical floatation, independent of the combine, to closely follow field contours.
