Terra-Gator Service - Get the VIP treatment!


TerraGators occupy a specialist market and sales are handled by Challenger direct. We have excellent intelligence on who is operating the machines, their history and when used models are likely to come onto the market. Our new VIP programme gives the star treatment to machines which have 6000-10,000 hours on the clock.

Used machines are brought into Challenger’s factory at Grubbenvorst in The Netherlands and go through a 175-point checklist, spending up to five weeks in the workshop. The main components and wearing parts – including transmissions and axles - are rebuilt and new hitches fitted. Models are updated with latest software and hardware systems, and the package includes full driver training and installation by a Challenger specialist.

The machines are transformed to virtually new condition and cost between 50-70% of the price of a brand-new model.

Each unit is labelled with the re-build year and comes with a VIP-approved certificate. TerraGators with Challenger VIP status are the customer’s total assurance that the machine will be in superb visual and technical shape.

There will be no need to examine the machine prior to purchase. We literally give the used machines a new life, ready for many more highly-productive years of work.”
